The 24-hectare central orest park, which spans over 24 hectares, was designed by leading Italian specialists.

The tree species brought from Italy (15-year-old sycamores, maples, 30-year-old firs) were selected according to a special principle.

• Trees are long-lived,
• They are shady, provide constant coolness,
• The leaves of the trees have the feature of absorbing dust and not releasing it, thanks to which the air will be constantly clean.

The residents will be able to relax in a cool microclimate environment. Local running and cycling tracks will be essential for their active lifestyle.
