"OST-SHIN" Ltd was founded in 2007 and until now has been providing construction services throughout the RA without interruption. The company's activities are multi-faceted, from water management system facilities (reservoirs, dams, irrigation systems) to residential, public facilities (hotels, residential and administrative high-rise buildings, blocks of private houses).

The roots of the company go back to the 1980s, it was the staff of the "OST-SHIN" company who carried out the construction of the post-earthquake period of Spitak, emphasizing on earthquake resistance and quality. And in the 2000s, when the volume of construction in Yerevan was growing unprecedentedly, the staff moved a part of its activity and logistical base to the capital and developed the field of construction of high-rise buildings. During that time, 15-17 residential and hotel complexes were built, and as of April 2022, another 7 structures with fourteen or more floors are under construction.

"OST-SHIN" Ltd is a member of OST-GROUP holding, the organizations included in which are active in the fields of energy, construction, solar technologies, mining and agriculture.
