District Advantages For Drivers
When planning the Defanse Housing residential area, all the necessary prerequisites for a comfortable daily life for drivers were emphasized.
There will be approximately 10 hectares of paved roads (not less than 15 m wide) for free traffic in the district. The roads are designed to have at least four traffic lanes, which will allow for smooth traffic flow even when cars are parked on both sides.
The new district is located near the North-South highway, which will enable drivers to reach the central parts of the capital within 10-15 minutes. The expressway along the southern border to Etchmiadzin (Armavir) may become an expressway to the airport in anticipation of the state urban development plans.
For drivers with electric cars, there will be special charging stations in the district.
In the new district of Yerevan, underground and above-ground parking lots will be built to ensure the comfort of residents and visitors. In terms of long-term parking, spacious above-ground parking lots are planned in the areas of the district up to the building junctions.
The above-ground parking spaces in the adjacent and inter-building sections of the newly constructed buildings will have limited use, which will keep the residential area free from traffic as much as possible, as well as ensure the high quality of residents' movement safety.
The district will have 5-6 m wide sidewalks with their alleys, elegant lampshades, and benches. Yards and driveways will be demarcated. Modern security systems will be in place. Supervision will be carried out by experienced security personnel.
The largest construction in Armenia is in active progress. All that remains is to purchase new apartments from the developer with flexible payment options and become one of the residents of the Defanse Housing district or simply make a profitable investment: taking advantage of the income tax refund to purchase an apartment in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Ajapnyak community.
