CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF DEFANSE HOUSING ARE CARRIED OUT BY CONTRACTED CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES

Defanse Housing Invest is the developer of the Defanse Housing district and has contractual relationships with dozens of companies directly engaged in carrying out construction works.

Each company, on a contractual basis, performs specialized works with its own employees within the site assigned to it and is responsible for the organization and execution of construction works, as well as compliance with occupational safety requirements.

In clarification of the information circulating regarding the accident that occurred on September 29 in the Defanse Housing district, Defanse Housing states that the accident resulting in the deaths of three individuals did not occur during construction works. It occurred while one of the construction companies, which had completed the relevant construction works, was dismantling its own tower crane. The three individuals who tragically lost their lives as a result of the accident were not employees of Defanse Housing Invest.

The company extends its deepest condolences to the families and relatives of the deceased.

Defanse Housing Invest is committed to an objective and comprehensive investigation into the accident and is cooperating with the competent authorities.
