A high-power electrical substation will be built for the residential district's energy supply. It provides an uninterrupted power supply. The resident of the district will be free from the problems of power outages or fluctuations.
A medium-pressure gas pipeline will be laid from a long distance, which will ensure uninterrupted operation of the boilers.
Residents of the district will be supplied exclusively with clean water. For this purpose, a special reservoir will be built in the district and water will be brought to the district from the main water pipe of Aparan through a separate quality pipe. The water will be without unwanted mixtures, it will not have any connection with the existing water line of the city. There will be no issues related to water quality, flow, and water pipes in the life of the resident.
The sewerage system of the district will be connected to the main sewerage pipe of Yerevan through a separate pipe.
The buildings will have centralized heating systems (in some buildings, cooling systems as well), which will significantly reduce the resident's utility costs. Individual meters will be installed for each apartment.
The ventilation in the buildings will be regulated by means of individual devices. Specific installation points will be provided for split systems.
Building elevators are manufactured by leading companies and will provide fast and safe transportation.
