Final construction works on the buildings

The construction permits for the 66 residential buildings being constructed in the Defanse Housing district expire at the end of 2027; however, the developer and the construction companies involved in the development are doing everything possible to complete the construction of the buildings ahead of schedule and to apply to the Yerevan Municipality for the issuance of completion certificates.

The construction of the 30 buildings of the “A”, “B”, and “G” residential complexes of the Defanse Housing district is planned to be completed from the end of 2026, after which completion certificates will be issued in parallel for these buildings, and state registrations of ownership rights will be carried out.

At the same time, we announce that contracts have been concluded with leading companies in the sector carrying out façade tiling, window installation, and engineering systems installation for the final construction works of the 30 buildings of the “D”, “E”, and “Z” residential complexes of the district, as well as Buildings N 1, N 22, N 43, N 64, N 65, and N 66, while since June 2026, geodetic measurements required for the cladding of the buildings have been carried out.

Taking into account the experience gained from the completed cladding works of the buildings, it becomes possible to carry out the final construction works of the next 36 buildings at a faster pace, which are planned to be completed by mid-2027.
