Apartment plans are provided with a description of the location of rooms, windows, and balconies. There are mortgage, installment payment, and one-time payment options for buying an apartment. The specialist helps the client choose the appropriate payment option. If the client prefers to buy an apartment with a mortgage, the specialist provides credit counseling, helps calculate the amount of monthly mortgage payments, and calculates the client's solvency conditions, saving them time.
Clients are welcome to visit the construction site of the Defanse Housing district, located at 320 Tichina Street. During their visit, they can observe the construction process, see the new buildings and residential complexes, and take a look at the central forest park that is currently under construction. After the tour, the participants can visit the office located in the same area, where our specialists will help them to choose real estate.
