Tour in Defanse Housing
The Company has been organizing weekly visits to the construction site since the beginning of the construction works, providing an opportunity to witness the unprecedented volume and quality of the construction process of the new district.
Tours of Defanse Housing are conducted every Wednesday and Saturday and are open to both buyers who have already purchased real estate and other people interested in the district. To participate, interested individuals need to contact us and register in advance.
The tour participants are presented with the construction project of a new district. During the hour-long visit, the tour participants stop various sections of the residential complexes, receive a detailed explanation of the construction process of 66 multi-apartment residential buildings in the first residential district, and gain an understanding of the scale of the construction process and the amount of construction equipment involved. The tour participants ask questions about the district construction and the new building features.
The group was also presented with the works of establishing a 24-hectare central forest park and the locations of other infrastructures.If the tour participant wishes to obtain more information or buy a new apartment directly from the developer, he visits the sales office in the same area.
